Bas\u0131n metninin tamam\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;BASINA VE KAMUOYUNA: 17 Ocak 2025 tarihinde, DIGEL TEKST\u0130L i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, insan ve kad\u0131n onuruna yak\u0131\u015fmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 protesto ederek DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 ses y\u00fckseltmi\u015f ve ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn TEKS\u0130F Sendikas\u0131\u2019na \u00fcye olma karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. TEKS\u0130F Sendikas\u0131, yasal \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu sa\u011flayarak \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn yetki belgesi alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netimi, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin bu anayasal hakk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olarak ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn (17 Ocak 2025) sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmede \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden 4 i\u015f\u00e7iyi tazminats\u0131z \u015fekilde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu bask\u0131 s\u00fcreci 6 \u015eubat 2025 tarihinde yeni i\u015ften atmalarla devam etmi\u015ftir. Daha \u00f6nce i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve insan onuruna yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 talebiyle paydos sonras\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan 3 \u00f6nc\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7i daha, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde tazminats\u0131z olarak i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 13 Haziran 2025 tarihinde de \u00fcyelerimize y\u00f6nelik haks\u0131z i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalara bir yenisi eklenmi\u015ftir: DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netimi, 8 \u00f6nc\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7iyi g\u00fcn boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f; ard\u0131ndan mesai bitiminde i\u015f\u00e7iler evlerine gittikten sonra, her birini telefonla arayarak i\u015ften tazminats\u0131z \u015fekilde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bildirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, sendikala\u015fma s\u00fcreci boyunca; \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden, i\u015fveren aleyhine \u015fahitlik yapan ve anayasal hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanan toplam 15 TEKS\u0130F \u00fcyesi i\u015f\u00e7i, DIGEL TEKST\u0130L i\u015fvereni taraf\u0131ndan haks\u0131z, hukuksuz ve tazminats\u0131z \u015fekilde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bizler, yakla\u015f\u0131k 210 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr \u0130zmir Ege Serbest B\u00f6lge \u00f6n\u00fcnde; her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zorlu\u011fa, bask\u0131ya ve engellemeye ra\u011fmen kararl\u0131l\u0131kla direniyoruz. Bu direni\u015f yaln\u0131zca i\u015fe geri d\u00f6nme m\u00fccadelesi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve t\u00fcm emek\u00e7ilerin insan onuruna yara\u015f\u0131r bir ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in verdi\u011fi bir m\u00fccadeledir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu m\u00fccadelenin en \u00f6nemli ayaklar\u0131ndan biri, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netimi \/ y\u00f6neticileri taraf\u0131ndan uygulanan sistematik ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k, bask\u0131, mobbing ve tacize kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadeledir. Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de toplumsal cinsiyet temelli sistematik bask\u0131, taciz ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. TEKS\u0130F Sendikam\u0131za ula\u015fan kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i beyanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, bunun baz\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6neticileri, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri bir toplant\u0131da kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara do\u011frudan \u201chamile kalmamalar\u0131\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fcnde uyar\u0131larda bulunmu\u015f, hamileli\u011fin i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 aksataca\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle kad\u0131n bedenine ve ya\u015fam hakk\u0131na m\u00fcdahale etmeye kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlara \u201chamile kalmay\u0131n\u201d deme c\u00fcretini g\u00f6sterebilecek kadar pervas\u0131zla\u015fan bu y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, kad\u0131n eme\u011fini yaln\u0131zca itaat etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece var saymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de hamile oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenen kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin, i\u015fyeri hekimine sunduklar\u0131 kan testleri ge\u00e7erli say\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar insan kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilmekte; hamile olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belgeleyebilmeleri i\u00e7in ultrason raporu istenmektedir. Bir erkek y\u00f6netici, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara do\u011frudan \u015fu ifadeleri kullanacak kadar ileri gitmi\u015ftir: \u201cRahmine bakaca\u011f\u0131m, keseye d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f m\u00fc d\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f mi ona g\u00f6re hamilelik haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanman i\u00e7in dosya a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131m.\u201d Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilere bu uygulaman\u0131n \u201c\u015firket kural\u0131\u201d oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f; do\u011furganl\u0131klar\u0131 denetlenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrtaj ya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ya\u015fayan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 travma ve psikolojik y\u0131k\u0131m hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde dikkate al\u0131nmamakta; ayn\u0131 uygulamalar onlar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli k\u0131l\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L, \u201c\u015firket kural\u0131\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kendi keyfi yasalar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015f ve bu kurallar\u0131 bask\u0131 arac\u0131 olarak kullanmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan biri de i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 saatinden sonra ve i\u015f biti\u015f saatinden \u00f6nce yar\u0131m saat s\u00fcreyle tuvalet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kesinlikle yasaklanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yasak, fabrikadaki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olmakla birlikte, %85\u2019i kad\u0131n olan i\u015fyerinde \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ileri hedef almaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar regl d\u00f6nemlerinde dahi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 giderememekte, zor durumda kalmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen tuvalete gitmelerine izin verilmemektedir. Gittikleri taktirde ise y\u00f6neticiler taraf\u0131ndan herkesin i\u00e7inde azarlanmakta, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmektedirler. \u00dcstelik bu kurallar yaln\u0131zca s\u00f6zl\u00fc bask\u0131yla de\u011fil, fiziki varl\u0131kla da desteklenmektedir: \u0130\u015fveren vekilleri i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 tuvalet \u00f6n\u00fcnde kollar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flayarak beklemekte; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan psikolojik bask\u0131 kurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de i\u015fe ba\u015fvurup metot e\u011fitmeni taraf\u0131ndan makinede denendikten sonra olumlu rapor almalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00f6zellikle yeni evli veya ni\u015fanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar \u201chamile kalma potansiyeliniz y\u00fcksek\u201d gerek\u00e7esiyle i\u015fe al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a cinsiyet temelli ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma haklar\u0131 ihlal edilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, iki ayl\u0131k deneme s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde hamile kalan bir kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i, i\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f istifa ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131n\u0131 imzalamaya zorlanarak, kendi iste\u011fiyle ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n, sonras\u0131nda \u00e7ocu\u011funu kaybetmesi ve e\u015finden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, DIGEL TEKST\u0130L taraf\u0131ndan tekrar i\u015fe al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eirket, yeni i\u015fe ba\u015flayan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u201cHamile kal\u0131rsan\u0131z sizi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d mesaj\u0131 vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de ba\u015fka bir kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i, o g\u00fcn fazla mesaiye kalamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirince, erkek ekip lideri taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klama yapmaya zorlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131na \u0131srarla nedenini a\u00e7\u0131klatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ekip liderine, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i lazer epilasyona gidece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine erkek ekip lideri, \u201cYat masaya, ben yapay\u0131m, gitmene gerek yok!\u201d diyerek kahkaha atm\u0131\u015f ve bir i\u015f ortam\u0131nda, otoritesini kullanarak kabul edilemez bir s\u00f6zl\u00fc tacizde bulunmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i bu durumu \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131\u2019na bildirmi\u015ftir. Ancak DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netimi her zamanki gibi sessiz kalm\u0131\u015f; olay yaln\u0131zca bir \u015fik\u00e2yet dilek\u00e7esiyle ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilmi\u015f, hi\u00e7bir soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7bir yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tacizci erkek y\u00f6netici daha sonra ba\u015fka gerek\u00e7elerle, t\u00fcm haklar\u0131 ve tazminat\u0131 verilerek sessizce i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, adeta \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmi\u015ftir. Ancak ma\u011fdur kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iye hi\u00e7bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, adalet yine yerini bulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle, DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lan\u0131yor, tacize u\u011fruyor, ama cezaland\u0131r\u0131lan kimse olmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de bir kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i, beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli s\u00f6zl\u00fc tacize maruz kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, kad\u0131na sistematik bi\u00e7imde uygunsuz teklifler yapmakta ve etik d\u0131\u015f\u0131, taciz dili kullanmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik, \u201cSen g\u00fczel bir kad\u0131ns\u0131n, senin gibi bir e\u015fim olsa i\u015f yapt\u0131rmam, uzat\u0131r\u0131m ayaklar\u0131n\u0131, masaj yapar\u0131m\u201d gibi rahats\u0131z edici ve bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ifadeler sarf etmektedir. Zamanla bu erkek i\u015f\u00e7i, kad\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla olan ili\u015fkilerini k\u0131s\u0131tlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak bask\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yaln\u0131zca tek bir kad\u0131na de\u011fil, fabrikadaki bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iye benzer taciz ve bask\u0131larda bulundu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar bu durumdan \u00e7ok rahats\u0131z olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, daha \u00f6nceki \u00f6rneklerde oldu\u011fu gibi fabrika y\u00f6netiminin \u015fikayetlerini ciddiye almayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve konuyu \u00f6rtbas edece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri i\u00e7in hareketsiz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, daha sonra \u015firket b\u00fcnyesinde Almanya\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f ve y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan \u201c\u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u201d olarak g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Bu durum, DIGEL TEKST\u0130L y\u00f6netiminin kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bireysel ve sistematik tacizlere g\u00f6z yumdu\u011funu, hatta bazen tacizin kayna\u011f\u0131 haline geldi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-DIGEL TEKST\u0130L\u2019de bir kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015fleri tamire gidince, erkek y\u00f6netici yan\u0131na gelip, \u201cKimlerle bak\u0131\u015f\u0131p kimlerle konu\u015fuyorsun da bu i\u015fler tamir olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyor?!\u201d diyerek hem su\u00e7lam\u0131\u015f hem de alay etmi\u015ftir.
