Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n patronlara ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi Mesleki E\u011fitim Merkezleri (MESEM) ve e\u011fitim sistemini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dinselle\u015ftirmeyi hedefleyen \u00c7EDES projesinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nas\u0131l tehlikeli bir ku\u015fatmayla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBir g\u00fcn okul, d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn i\u015f\u201d slogan\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilen (MESEM) uygulamas\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin patronlara ucuz i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak sunulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. MESEM projesiyle 300 bini \u00e7ocuk olmak \u00fczere, 1 bu\u00e7uk milyonun \u00fczerinde insan\u0131n eme\u011fi patronlar\u0131n hizmetine sunulurken, y\u00fczbinlerce \u00e7ocuk ve gencimiz MESEM\u2019in \u00e7arklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ac\u0131mas\u0131zca \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Y\u00fczbinlerce \u00e7ocuk ve gencimiz \u2018\u00e7\u0131rak\u2019 ya da \u2018stajyer\u2019 kimli\u011fiyle i\u015f\u00e7i gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 zorlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda iktidar eliyle derinle\u015ftirilen a\u011f\u0131r ekonomik ve toplumsal sorunlar MESEM\u2019leri bir tercih olmaktan \u00e7ok, y\u00fczbinlerce \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7 i\u00e7in adeta bir zorunluluk haline getirilmi\u015ftir. \u00dclkede en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 10 bin lira oldu\u011fu ko\u015fullarda MESEM kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan yoksul ailelerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, okumak yerine zorunlu olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya zorlanmaktad\u0131r. Ekonomik sorunlarla ve a\u011f\u0131r bor\u00e7 y\u00fck\u00fcyle bo\u011fu\u015fan yoksul emek\u00e7i aileleri, asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 30\u2019u ila y\u00fczde 50\u2019si aras\u0131nda \u00fccret \u00f6denmesi nedeniyle MESEM gibi uygulamalara mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n yasal olarak tehlikeli ve \u00e7ok tehlikeli i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yasak olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, MESEM b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00e7ocuklar\/gen\u00e7ler i\u015f cinayetlerinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmeye devam etmektedir. \u00c7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011finin devlet eliyle me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan MESEM uygulamas\u0131 nedeniyle sadece son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde en az 8 \u00e7ocuk \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>MESEM \u00f6\u011frencilere mesleki e\u011fitim verilen ya da iddia edildi\u011fi gibi staj \u00fczerinden beceri kazand\u0131ran bir uygulama de\u011fil, patronlara kaynak aktarmak amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmu\u015f bir te\u015fvik sistemidir. 12 y\u0131ll\u0131k zorunlu e\u011fitim s\u00fcresini fiilen 8 y\u0131la indiren ve devlet eliyle ucuz i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fi \u00f6zendiren MESEM uygulamas\u0131 daha fazla can almadan durdurulmal\u0131, patronlar\u0131 de\u011fil \u00f6\u011frencileri merkeze alan nitelikli bir mesleki e\u011fitim politikas\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar\u0131n kendi d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne uygun nesiller yeti\u015ftirme hedefi t\u00fcm topluma y\u00f6nelik fiili bir dayatma haline gelmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan \u00c7EDES Projesi kapsam\u0131nda at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar laik e\u011fitim ve laik ya\u015fama a\u00e7\u0131ktan meydan okuma anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet tarihinin en kapsaml\u0131 dinselle\u015fme uygulamas\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan \u00c7EDES Projesi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n zihinsel geli\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve pedagoji bilimine tamamen ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir i\u00e7erikte haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ve 81 ildeki b\u00fct\u00fcn okullarda uygulanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Okullarda sadece \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim hizmeti verebilece\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortada dururken, \u00c7EDES projesi ile okullar\u0131m\u0131zda imamlar, vaizler ve Diyanet\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 memurlar \u201cmanevi dan\u0131\u015fman\u201d olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmekte ve yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u015fekilde fiilen e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim hizmeti vermektedir. Okul i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan dini i\u00e7erikli etkinlikler, \u00f6zellikle toplu namaz etkinlikleri ve \u00f6\u011frencilere mezarl\u0131k temizletilmesi gibi etkinlikler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n zihinsel geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sak\u0131ncal\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131flarda dini i\u00e7erikli etkinlikler (s\u0131n\u0131flarda K\u00e2be ve mezar maketleriyle yap\u0131lan etkinlikler) laik e\u011fitime ve e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretimin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na temelden ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin, sadece bir dinin ve mezhebin \u00f6\u011fretilerini, sadece belli bir inanca \u00f6zg\u00fc de\u011ferleri t\u00fcm okullarda \u2018tek do\u011fru\u2019 olarak \u00f6\u011fretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7tan \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131k bir dayatma ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerimizin iktidar\u0131n siyasal-ideolojik hedefleri do\u011frultusunda okul i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kat\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilmesi \u00e7ocu\u011fun \u00fcst\u00fcn yarar\u0131 ilkesine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u00c7ocuk Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne g\u00f6re do\u011frudan \u00e7ocuk istismar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. E\u011fitim sisteminin belli bir dinin ve belli bir mezhebin kurallara g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirilmek istenmesi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dini etkinlikler \u00fczerinden istismar edilmesi kabul edilemez bir durumdur. \u00a0Bu nedenle e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 dini i\u00e7erikli faaliyet ve etkinliklerin de\u011fil, laik ve bilimsel e\u011fitimin mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 olmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hi\u00e7bir toplum birbirinin ayn\u0131 olan, ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ve ayn\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden insanlardan olu\u015fmaz. Laiklik ve laik e\u011fitim, toplumda ve okulda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n temel g\u00fcvencesidir. Laik e\u011fitim, toplumdaki farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve mezheplerin bir arada \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayabilmeleri i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim Sen, toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn bireylerinin, temel insan haklar\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri do\u011frultusunda, herkesin kendi anadilinde, cins ayr\u0131mc\u0131 olmayan, e\u015fit demokratik, laik, bilimsel, paras\u0131z ve kamusal nitelikli e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmesini savunmaktad\u0131r. MESEM ve \u00c7EDES projeleri uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde yer alan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n haklar\u0131 ve e\u011fitimi ile ilgili temel haklar ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklere temelden ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r ve derhal durdurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin siyasi iktidar\u0131n kendi siyasal-ideolojik hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in hayata ge\u00e7irilen MESEM, \u00c7EDES ve benzeri projelerin par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilmesine sessiz ve tepkisiz kalmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilinmelidir.
