Farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lar, aidiyetler aras\u0131nda sayg\u0131y\u0131, karde\u015fli\u011fi, e\u015fitli\u011fi de\u011fil devletin resmi karakteri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dini, mezhebi, \u00fcst\u00fcn ve egemen g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc cinsiyeti koruyan-kollayan, geli\u015ftiren, g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren bir politika izlemekte, bunun arac\u0131 olarak ta en \u00f6nemli yap\u0131y\u0131, e\u011fitimi ara\u00e7 olarak kullanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yeni m\u00fcfredat program\u0131nda: \u201cerkekler g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kuvvet y\u00f6n\u00fcnden daha ileri oldu\u011fundan, ailenin sorumlulu\u011funu birinci derecede onlara y\u00fcklenmi\u015ftir\u2026\u201ddenmekte,<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u0130slam erke\u011fin \u00fcstlendi\u011fi mesuliyetlere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kad\u0131n\u0131n da kocas\u0131na itaat etmesini istemi\u015f ve bu itaati ibadet saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Ailede \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcp terbiye edilmesi daha \u00e7ok anne taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilir.Ailede erkek vazifesini yapar, ailesine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fczel davran\u0131r,; kad\u0131n da ona kar\u015f\u0131 gereken muhabbet, h\u00fcrmet ve itaati g\u00f6sterirse aile i\u00e7inde d\u00fczen ve uyum sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur\u201d diye yazmaktad\u0131r yeni m\u00fcfredat\u0131n ders kitab\u0131.(1). \u2018Erken ya\u015fta evlilik toplumsal bir \u00f6rf\u2019 olarak ifade edilerek \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta evlilikler me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak; \u00f6\u011frenim ya\u015f\u0131ndaki k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler evlili\u011fe haz\u0131rlanmak isteniyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yani kad\u0131na bi\u00e7ilen rol erke\u011fin arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u00fczerinden hayata ge\u00e7irilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n toplumsal \u00fcretim ve ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, kocas\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n hizmetinde itaat eden bir varl\u0131k olarak resmediliyor k\u00f6rpe beyinlerde, buna g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Erkek egemen sistemin toplumsal cinsiyet alg\u0131s\u0131 giderek gerici bir anlay\u0131\u015fta derinle\u015ftiriliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar da, \u00f6zg\u00fcr d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceli \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131nlar da yok, hatta \u201ckabul g\u00f6rmez\u201d say\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din bilgisi m\u00fcfredatta zorunlu ders olarak yerini alm\u0131\u015f, liselerde ders saati artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Milli E\u011fitim Balkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitime ideolojik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla sorunlar\u0131n derinle\u015fmesine e\u011fitimin tek tiple\u015fmesine h\u0131z vermi\u015f durumda; Anadolu lisesi, Fen lisesi ile sosyal bilimler liseleri il ve b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki illerin n\u00fcfusu 50.000\u2019in \u00fczerinde olan il\u00e7elerinde a\u00e7\u0131labiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olmayan illerin il\u00e7elerinde a\u00e7\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in il\u00e7e n\u00fcfusunun en az 20.000 ve il merkezi ile birlikte toplam n\u00fcfusu en az 200.000 olmas\u0131;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fczel sanatlar lisesi a\u00e7\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in; okulun a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yerin il merkezi ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki illerin en az 100.000 n\u00fcfuslu il\u00e7elerinden birinde ve okulun a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde sanat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 en az bir y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 olmas\u0131,;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spor lisesi a\u00e7\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in; okulun a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yerin il merkezi ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki illerin en az 100.000 n\u00fcfuslu il\u00e7elerinden birinde ve okulun a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde spor a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 en az bir y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor (2). Bu ne demek oluyor? Ziller Anadolu\u2019nun k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck il ve il\u00e7elerinde sadece \u0130H OO ve liseleri i\u00e7in \u00e7alacak. Dinci ve tek\u00e7i e\u011fitim sistemi, dinsel dayatmalar\u0131n en yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Yat\u0131l\u0131 B\u00f6lge Okullar\u0131nda okumak zorunda kalan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ailelerinden uzakla\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine, yabanc\u0131la\u015fmaya hem kendi kimlikleri, inan\u00e7lar\u0131ndan uzakla\u015fmalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7acaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dersi saati azalt\u0131lan biyoloji dersi m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r bilime konu olan evrim tema olarak yer bulmaz iken tarih kitab\u0131nda 15 Temmuz 2016 darbe giri\u015fimi tarihsel olgu olarak yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce ya\u015fananlar \u201ctarih\u201d olurken, cumhuriyet tarihiyle ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da b\u00f6l\u00fcm kitaplardan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cDe\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kitaplarda yer alanlar evrensel haklar\u0131, de\u011ferleri de\u011fil her f\u0131rsatta cihat \u0131 tan\u0131mlanmakta, anlatmaktad\u0131r. \u201cCihat bilmeyen \u00e7ocu\u011fa matematik \u00f6\u011fretmenin faydas\u0131 yoktur. Namaz dinin dire\u011fiyse, cihat \u00e7ad\u0131rd\u0131r. Direksiz \u00e7ad\u0131r bir i\u015fe yaramaz\u201d (3) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde olanlar e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretime y\u00f6n vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFen Liseleri\u2019nden kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenciler P\u0130SA\u2019(2) dan 534 puan ald\u0131lar; 534 hangi \u00fclkenin puan\u0131na denk geliyor, onu s\u00f6yleyeyim size Estonya\u2019n\u0131n, Japonya\u2019n\u0131n. Yani d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ikincisi Japonya538; \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc Estonya 534. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sadece Fen Lisesindeki \u00f6\u011frenciler girmi\u015f olsayd\u0131, bug\u00fcn ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z derece d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk \u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131ndayd\u0131\u201d.(4) diyen Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131\u2019d\u0131r oysa; ama orta dereceli okullar\u0131n hala h\u0131zla \u0130HL ne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bizler, s\u0131n\u0131f s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc ile cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n birbirini besleyen iki olgu oldu\u011funu biliyoruz.. Cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu siyasal iktidarla ba\u015flamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ku\u015fkusuz fakat AKP cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kendi zihniyeti do\u011frultusunda derinle\u015ftiren bir politika izlemi\u015ftir, izlemektedir. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk eme\u011fi \u00fczerinden y\u00fckselmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u015f, anne gibi geleneksel cinsiyet rolleri \u00fczerinden tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin esnekle\u015ftirilmesine hizmet eder. Kad\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funda \u00fcretime kat\u0131lmakta ama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n asli unsuru olarak kabul edilmemektedir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n yerinin evi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylemi, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan babaya kocaya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale getirilmesi, \u00e7ocuk do\u011furma direktifleri kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, toplumsal \u00fcretime, ya\u015fama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi, soru sormay\u0131, tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 de\u011fil itaat ettirmeyi hedef belirleyen e\u011fitim sistemi; yoksullu\u011fu kader zanneden, sermayenin daha \u00e7ok kar etmesi i\u00e7in eme\u011finin haklar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7en, s\u0131n\u0131f ve cinsiyet bilincinden mahrum kalm\u0131\u015f, \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ve kader aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f modern g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc k\u00f6leler yaratmak amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demokratik, bilimsel, laik, kamusal e\u011fitim \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engeller artarak devam etmektedir.
